Terms and Conditions

Approval for full credit card billing required at time of purchase.  15% Restocking Fee on orders cancelled prior to 8 weeks from date of order.   Bumpers ship LTL,UPS.  Allow 4-8 weeks for delivery of products out of stock.  Parts are covered for Construction, Fit and Finish, excluding freight damage, for a period of one year.  For parts found unsatisfactory, contact us within 72 hours, and return parts within two weeks. Replacement will be shipped and return freight will be credited, upon approval of claim. For refund, customer pays return freight, refund will be made upon inspection of returned parts.

RSI Manufacturing is constantly working to improve our product line and reserves the right to make minor improvements to our product with out notice.  Actual products may vary slightly visually from images on this site.
 WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES ...Before you sign for the shipment, inspect all cartons for visible damage and note it on the delivery record . Even if no exterior damage is visible, open all packages immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. If damage has occurred, call UPS, FED-EX, or the LTL Freight Carrier it arrived on immediately for inspection. They will pick up and return it to us for replacement. (You must have all the items repackaged the way you received them!!, with all packing & crate materials in place.) Shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
